History

GKS Builder and Developers Pvt. Ltd was founded and formed as a private limited company in 2019 but we have been in the industry for over 50 years performing various prestigious public civil works for the Government and for various Private individuals.

Our organization is a creation of great visionary, Mr.Krishnankutty G, who is the founder of our organization. It was his efforts and vision that formulated in creating an autonomous organization.Mr. Sooraj Kumar KV, son of our founder is the Managing Director of the company. He also possesses expertise in construction field for more than 20 years.
